Refund Policy – Shine Forward

Thank you for supporting Shine Forward! Each product in our shop is made just for you using a trusted print-on-demand partner. Because of this unique process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or style ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print issue:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include a clear photo and description of the issue.
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not applicable unless a return is specifically authorized due to damage or defect. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
