When will my order ship?
All products are made to order to reduce waste and support conscious creativity. Most items ship within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping on most products. Shipping costs and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Where do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.


Products & Printing

Are your art prints archival quality?
Yes. All art prints are museum-quality giclée prints on enhanced matte, acid-free paper, designed to last and preserve the beauty of each piece.

Do you offer framed options?
Yes! Many prints are available framed or unframed. You can select your preference on each product page.

Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We do our best to accurately represent each piece, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Please email a photo of the damage and your order number to christy@christywrightart.com, and I'll make it right.
